PROCESSING TIMES

The processing time is the time it takes me to design, make, and ship your order. For all products, our processing time is up to two weeks.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days.

Please contact us upon receiving the goods if you wish to return them and cancel your order. Your order must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and in it’s original, undamaged, unused condition.

Upon receiving the goods, a refund will be given for the cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge.

We are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item has been sent. Please insure the item is packaged well when shipping back to us as to avoid damage in transit. If your order was damaged on receipt, please let us know before shipping the item back to us. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office which are given free of charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your full name, order number, and of photos of both the damaged item/s and the packaging. Please do not dispose of the item or the packaging until we have fully dealt with the issue.

EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items. These can be defined as:

- Orders where the words/letters have been chosen by the customer through the use of a personalisation box or via email.

- Orders where the customer has requested a brand new design, colour or size. This includes things such as (but not limited to): replicating a logo, handwriting, new font, or any new design requested by the customer.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your order for something else, you will first have to return it. A refund will be given, and you can repurchase the other item.

Please take care when handling your art. I cannot be held responsible for damage to your items if they have not been taken care of appropriately. Your order will come with an instructions card on how to mount your items. It is important that you read this before installing your art.
